Adaptive Yoga is the practice of allowing our bodies and minds to adapt to what we can and cannot do. Seniors, people with disabilities, those recovering from surgery, veterans, and anyone that could benefit from safe movement are invited to join Yoga Instructor Kim Langley for a gentle class at Henry Carter Hull Library on Wednesday, 6/26 at 6:00pm. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mat optional.
