Our popular Tai Chi classes occur twice a week at 9:30am. Intermediate Level guests meet on Wednesdays and Beginner Level guests meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley is based on a Tai Chi for Arthritis program and Sun Style Tai Chi. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing.

No class on 8/23, 10/30, or 11/1.
