This presentation and cooking demonstration will help teach you some tips, tricks, and recipes for eating allergy friendly while in a dorm at college! This event is part of the project for the blog Allergy Friendly Eating where I post recipes that can be adapted for all sorts of food allergies. Come learn how to make some basic recipes that can be easily applied to tons of scenarios like an after-school snack, an easy weeknight dinner, or a college dorm.  This event is targeted to high school and college students, but all ages are welcome. Registration is requested, but not required.

Presented by Sarah Auletta, the creator, and author of the blog Allergy Friendly Eating.  Sarah is passionate about helping people learn to cook and eat with food allergies. Sarah is a junior at The Morgan School and is involved in multiple clubs and sports. Her latest endeavor is a food blog that features breakfasts, snacks, and desserts that are simple enough that anyone can make. Please visit her blog at
