Our popular Tai Chi classes occur twice a week at 9:30am. Intermediate Level guests meet on Wednesdays and Beginner Level guests meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by Instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing. **On 10/30 and 11/1 the instructor will not be present but a self-guided video will be available.** No class on 12/25 or 1/1.
