In an educational workshop at Henry Carter Hull Library on Wednesday, 7/31 at 6:00pm, explore the principles of intuitive eating and body kindness with Registered Dietitian Jessica Dean to embrace your internal body cues and examine your personal relationships with both food and exercise.
Jessica Dean RD is a Registered Dietitian, Co-founder of Hammonasset CrossFit, and owner of Jessica Dean Nutrition in Madison. Jessica specializes in helping women find food peace and body acceptance. She also works with athletes of all ages on proper nutrition in an effort to prevent disordered eating behaviors.
