Museum & Park Passes
Reserve passes in advance by phone (860) 669-2342 (ask for the Reference Desk) or email museumpass@hchlibrary.org.
Please check all attraction websites (see below) to verify daily/weekly openings/closures, and any limitations to access.
- Patrons must be an adult and have a valid Connecticut town library card.
- Passes can be borrowed for 3 days. There is a $5.00 late fee per day.
- Patrons may only check out 1 pass per family at a time.
- Patrons may only have the same pass 1 weekend per month.
HCH's Museum Passes
Basketball Hall of Fame - Pass is valid for 6 daily admission passes. Ticket discounts: Adults $17.00, Seniors $15.00, and Youth $12.00.

Beardsley Zoo – $10.00 admission per person (adult & child) with limit of 6 people.
The only way to use the pass is in-person, at the EBT/LIBRARY/MEMBER window. There is no way to pay online with the pass.
NEW! CT Museum of Culture and History – 2 adults and 4 children, free admission.
CT River Museum – 2 adults and their children or grandchildren under the age of 18, free admission.
Present in-person.
Florence Griswold Museum – 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12, free admission. Closed Monday.

NEW! Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center - 2 adult tickets & 2 youth tickets or 1 adult ticket & 3 youth tickets, free admission.
Pass includes 10% discount at Museum Gift Shop and discount on paid member events.

Mystic Seaport Museum – 2 adults and 3 youth/children (ages 3-17) 1/2 price, children 2 and under are free.
1 library pass for each day of the week, present at museum.
New England Air Museum – Valid for card holder and up to 5 guests 1/2 price. Ages 3 and under free.

New Britain Museum of American Art – 4 people, free admission.
Present in-person.
Niantic Children's Museum - Half price admission is $5.00 per person.
The pass must be presented at the front desk each time a patron visits.
State Parks Pass – 2 adults and 4 children, 12 and under, free admission.
Check websites Dinosaur State Park, Fort Trumbull State Park and Gillette Castle State Park prior to visiting for updated admission info.
NEW! Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art - 2 adults, youth ages 17 and under, free admission.
